Three places in five nights, and they are deliberately unlike each other. Colombo is the coast and the city. Nuwara Eliya is the hill country, tea and cool air at altitude. Mirissa is the south coast and the water.
The price carries visa services, the return international flight, four star accommodation, meals, the tours and the transport between the cities.
Sri Lanka runs as a group tour, and the next group has no date on the board yet for one reason. We have not fixed which Pakistani city it flies from, and we have not fixed the dates. People book leave around both, so we would rather announce the group with both confirmed than print a guess on this page.
One gap, stated rather than dressed up: the meal plan is included but not yet published day by day. The two meals a day beside the price is the floor we hold on every departure we run rather than a count confirmed for Sri Lanka, so ask us and we will put the actual plan in writing before you pay anything.

We apply for your visa
We do the applying
Visa services are part of the package and we apply on your behalf. You do not file the application yourself.
What we need from you
We send you the list of documents for your passport and check them before anything is filed. If an appointment, biometrics or extra papers are needed for your passport, we tell you what and when.
If it is refused
Visa, embassy and visa service fees are not refunded, whatever the outcome. Anything else not yet spent is refunded, and we give you the figure in writing before you pay.

The visa
If my Sri Lanka visa is refused, how much money do I lose to the authorities?
Nothing. Since 25 May 2026 a Pakistani passport holder pays no fee at all for a Sri Lankan tourist visa, so there is no fee to lose.
Does the free visa apply to an ordinary Pakistani passport?
Yes. Sri Lanka's official ETA notice states that nationals of the 40 listed countries holding diplomatic, official, service or ordinary passports are all eligible to obtain the tourist visa free of charge under the scheme.
If it is free, do I still have to apply for anything?
Yes, and skipping it is the mistake that strands people. Sri Lanka's official ETA notice states that all foreign nationals, including nationals of the 40 free-of-charge countries, are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization prior to arrival in Sri Lanka.
I paid for a Sri Lanka ETA before the free scheme started. Do I get it back?
No. Sri Lanka's official ETA notice states that the ETA for nationals of the listed countries will be processed free of charge, but that ETA fees paid by applicants prior to 25 May 2026 are non-refundable.

What happens to my money if the trip falls through?
IBEX charges no processing fee and no cancellation fee of its own. Whatever comes off is what the airline or the embassy keeps, and we show you what it was. Ask us for the figure on your own trip before you pay anything, and we will put it in writing.
There are eight of us. Do you quote differently?
Tell us how many of you there are before anyone pays a deposit. Group bookings are quoted by us directly rather than added up seat by seat off this page.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit on our tours. Everyone is allowed, at any age, and children travel at a child fare.
