Egypt and Jordan sold together, twelve nights and thirteen days. It is not a compressed tour of two countries. It is the seven day Egypt trip and the seven day Jordan trip run one after the other on a single ticket, which is why it costs less than the two bought separately.
Egypt is the longer half. Cairo for the Giza plateau and the Egyptian Museum, Alexandria on the Mediterranean, then across to Sinai for St Catherine and down to Sharm El Sheikh on the Red Sea. Jordan picks up in Amman, then Petra through the Siq, Wadi Rum in the desert, and the Dead Sea before the flight home.
One thing is worth knowing before you commit. This product has no itinerary document of its own yet: the day by day plans we hold are for the two trips separately. Ask us for the combined running order and we will send it in writing rather than publish a version of it here that we have not checked.

- Under 2 years, 75 per cent off the adult price. From 2 to 8 years, 25 per cent off the adult price. Over 8 years, the full adult price. Tell us the ages when you enquire and the discount is shown on your quote before you pay anything.
- Travelling alone
- The price is per person, two sharing a room. On your own you get a single room and a supplement applies. Ask us for the single room supplement and we will put it in writing.

This trip needs two visas, Egypt and Jordan, and we prepare and submit both files for you. The embassy fees themselves sit outside the package price. Ask us what each one is today and we will put both figures in writing before you pay anything. Two visas also means two decisions that are not ours to make, so read the refusal terms before you book rather than after.
What we need from you
We send you the list of documents for your passport and check them before anything is filed. If an appointment, biometrics or extra papers are needed for your passport, we tell you what and when.
If it is refused
Visa, embassy and visa service fees are not refunded, whatever the outcome. Anything else not yet spent is refunded, and we give you the figure in writing before you pay.

IBEX charges no processing fee and no cancellation fee of its own. Whatever comes off is what the airline or the embassy keeps, and we show you what it was. Ask us for the figure on your own trip before you pay anything, and we will put it in writing.
