This is a women only departure, and IBEX sells it as the Baku Females Exclusive tour. Every traveller on it is a woman, and that is the reason it exists as its own trip rather than as a note on the bottom of another one. Plenty of women in Pakistan would travel and do not, because the group they would be joining is not one they want to spend a week inside. This one is.
Baku is the right city for a first trip abroad and it is why we run more departures here than anywhere else. The flight is short. The e-visa is straightforward on a Pakistani passport and we file it for you. The old walled town, the seafront promenade on the Caspian and the newer city above it are all within a short drive of each other, so four nights is a real week rather than a rushed one, and nothing about the city asks a visitor to be adventurous before she is ready.

We apply for your visa
We do the applying
We file the Azerbaijan e-visa for you as part of the package. It is an online visa, so there is no embassy visit.
What we need from you
We send you the list of documents for your passport and check them before anything is filed. If an appointment, biometrics or extra papers are needed for your passport, we tell you what and when.
If it is refused
Visa, embassy and visa service fees are not refunded, whatever the outcome. Anything else not yet spent is refunded, and we give you the figure in writing before you pay.

The visa
Do I need a visa for Azerbaijan on a Pakistani passport?
Yes. A Pakistani ordinary passport holder needs a visa to enter Azerbaijan.
How do I apply, and what does IBEX do for me?
The Azerbaijan e-visa is applied for entirely online at the official portal evisa.gov.
How long does the Azerbaijan e-visa take?
A standard Azerbaijan e-visa is issued within 3 working days, and an urgent e-visa is issued within 3 hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. The official conditions also require you to apply at least 3 working days before arrival for a standard e-visa, or at least 3 hours before arrival for an urgent one.
What happens if the visa is refused?
If an Azerbaijan e-visa is refused, the ASAN Visa system emails the applicant the grounds for refusal, citing Article 16 of Azerbaijan's Migration Code. The fee is not returned: the official conditions state that no refund will be granted for payments in case of electronic visa rejection.

What happens to my money if the trip falls through?
IBEX charges no processing fee and no cancellation fee of its own. Whatever comes off is what the airline or the embassy keeps, and we show you what it was. Ask us for the figure on your own trip before you pay anything, and we will put it in writing.
There are eight of us. Do you quote differently?
Tell us how many of you there are before anyone pays a deposit. Group bookings are quoted by us directly rather than added up seat by seat off this page.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit on our tours. Everyone is allowed, at any age, and children travel at a child fare.
