We do the visa for you
On almost every tour, our team prepares and submits your visa application as part of the package. You do not book an appointment or go to the embassy. Two trips are different, and each one says so on its own page above the price: for Uzbekistan we arrange the invitation letter only, not the full application, and the multi country Asia tour includes three of its four visas.
Someone from IBEX travels with you
A tour manager from our company flies with the group. Not a local contact who meets you when you land, and not just a phone number to call if something goes wrong. We tell you who it is before you leave.
Four star hotels at least, named in advance
Most trips use five star hotels. The itinerary names the hotel for every night, so you can call the hotel yourself before you pay, and we cannot move the group somewhere cheaper later.
At least two meals a day
Breakfast and one more meal are included on almost every trip, and many days include all three. Uzbekistan is breakfast only, and its page says so above the price.
Prices you can copy
Every price on this site is typed text, not a picture, so you can copy it and send it to us with your question. If a trip shows two currencies, we show both, tell you which one your invoice uses, mark any figure that is only a conversion, and show the date we last checked the price. Trips inside Pakistan show rupees only, because they are only ever invoiced in rupees.
You know your departure city before you pay
Our tours leave from Lahore and Islamabad, and we tell you which one before you pay anything. If you live somewhere else in Pakistan, we arrange your connection so it does not become a problem later.
Every destination we run shows its price as text, on the page, above the itinerary.
Two dates, kept apart.
One is the person. The other is the company. Adding them together would not be true.

IBEX Global Tours was founded
This is the company you pay, the office you can visit and the name on your invoice. It is eight years old, and we say so.
What you will not find here.
We leave these out on purpose, and we will not add them later.
- No traveller or tour counts
- We do not publish how many people have travelled with us or how many trips we have run, because we cannot prove those numbers well enough.
- No years of experience number
- Only the two dates above. Our old website had two different experience numbers, and they did not match.
- No awards, badges or partner logos
- Nothing here suggests an endorsement or a membership. The licences we hold, and the ones we do not, are listed on the licences and registration page.
- No star ratings or testimonials
- There is not one review on this website. We control this site, so praise on it proves nothing. Check what people say about us somewhere we do not control.
- No comparisons with other companies
- We say what we do. Judging other tour companies is not our job.
Check our record of past tours.
We publish a dated list of the tours we can prove, with photos where we have them and a blank where we do not. It does not count the years our founder led groups before the company existed. Those tours will be added only when we have the booking files.
A record with gaps is honest. A record with no gaps is marketing.
