Baku is the departure most people take first. - $500 per person. The balance follows in two instalments, and nothing is charged before we confirm your seat.
- Children
- Under 2 years, 75 per cent off the adult price. From 2 to 8 years, 25 per cent off the adult price. Over 8 years, the full adult price. Tell us the ages when you enquire and the discount is shown on your quote before you pay anything.
- Travelling alone
- The price is per person, two sharing a room. On your own you get a single room and a supplement applies. Ask us for the single room supplement and we will put it in writing.
We apply for your visa
We do the applying
We file the Azerbaijan e-visa for you as part of the package. It is an online visa, so there is no embassy visit.
What we need from you
We send you the list of documents for your passport and check them before anything is filed. If an appointment, biometrics or extra papers are needed for your passport, we tell you what and when.
If it is refused
Visa, embassy and visa service fees are not refunded, whatever the outcome. Anything else not yet spent is refunded, and we give you the figure in writing before you pay.

The visa
Do I need a visa for Azerbaijan on a Pakistani passport?
Yes. It is an e-visa, issued online before you fly. There is no visa on arrival for a Pakistani passport.
Who applies for the visa?
We do, as part of the package. You send us your passport photo page and CNIC, and we file it. No embassy visit, no interview.
How long does the visa take, and how valid must my passport be?
About 3 working days once we have a clear scan of your passport. Keep at least six months of validity on your passport from the day you travel.
What happens if the visa is refused?
The visa fee is not returned by the government, and anything already spent that cannot be recovered comes off. The rest is refunded, and we give you the exact figure in writing before you pay.

What is included in the price?
Return flights, the visa, hotel, 12 meals, transport and entry tickets are in the price. You pay hotel city taxes, deposits and anything personal on the ground yourself.
